Mr. Campbell is planning several Fine Art activities during the 2014 calendar year. He continues directing the weekly Gerald King Memorial Open Studio Fine Art Sessions, enter various art entries, including the National Portrait Gallery’s Annual Competition along with other exhibit opportunities (Laurel and the Patuxent Art League shows).

Bruce’s most recent copy at the National Gallery of Art (NGA) is Raphael’s masterpiece the “Alba Madonna.” Prior completed original replica (copy) by French Artist Constant’s painting, “Favorite of the Emir” dated 1876. He plans to complete the painting by mid year. In 2012, he completed well-known American Artist Winslow Homer’s very popular painting, “Breezing Up- A Fair Wind” (dated 1876). Visitors, staff, and guests at the NGA are providing comments and feedback of recognition. Mr Campbell stated that he is humbled by the positive commentary and acknowledgements of accomplishment.
